Re: Municipal Compensation Practice at the Town

J. Long, Head of Organizational Effectiveness and M. Love, ML Consulting, provided a presentation for the purpose of educating and training Members regarding Municipal Compensation Practice at the Town. In accordance with Procedure By-law # 7462-18 no decisions were made or considered during the meeting.

Mayor Roy advised that during the closed portion of the meeting Council received a presentation and discussed information regarding labour relations, including matters pertaining to municipal employee compensation.
